|Your body exists in the past and your mind exists in the future. In yoga, they come together in the present. This fall I would like to invite you to explore the balance of holding on and letting go— the art of yoga. Please Join me in our power yoga class!
Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that links movement with breath for a dynamic mind-body workout. This style of yoga generates heat, builds strength and flexibility, and focuses the mind. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice.
