How to register an account?

Please note, only adult user - a person who is 18 years or older, can register independently. An adult user can register a minor as his or her family member.
I added a family member, how can s/he login to your website?
If you add a family member and provided an email address, s/he can use the
Can I use the same email address with my children?
No. You cannot. In our application, each person is associated with a unique email address.
How to change my family name?
Family name is used when an email is sent to notify when a new member has joined or left the family.
Go to Login
, which is in the upper right corner of the home page. Once logged in, it should go to the My Account
page and should have a widget similar to the following (The colored text is the annotation text).
My husband and I have separate account, can we merge them?
Yes, you can. Here are the steps
Login
to your account- Choose the action
Join Family Request
- Click the tab
Send a request
- Type in the other party's email, along with a brief message, and click
Send Request
The other party will receive an email notification. Then, s/he should repeat the above listed step 1 and 2. Then,
3.Click the tab Respond to Request
and handle accordingly.
Please note, only one join family request is allowed at a time. Once the other party accepted the request, the family account will be merged, and the adult member of the joined family become the administrator of the family account.
